All our products carry the SP or SPL mark. Japan Park Facilities Association (JPFA) has specified applicable laws and regulations, standard specifications, including JIS, construction standards, maintenance and management standards and other rules regarding materials, design, manufacture, construction, management and other operations concerning facilities in order to improve product quality. Our qualified engineers strictly inspect all products and attach the aforementioned marks on them as evidence of there safety and thus clarifying where responsibility lies. Furthermore, JPFA has set up qualifications, such as the "park facility product safety manager" and the "park facility product maintenance engineer" and they certify qualified engineers who are involved in design, manufacture, sale, construction as well as maintenance and management as the people who take responsibility for ensuring the facilities security.
In our company, qualified employees with these certifications and the first class landscape construction management engineers, which is also one of the national qualifications, strictly manage all processes from design and construction to maintenance and control in all projects.

Evidence of reliable and safe products
JPFA has independently set up the safety standards regarding park facilities based on results of long-term study. Our factories in Akita and Shizuoka are certified factories that meet their standards.

Member companies who affiliate with the JPFA are required to join the "park facility liability insurance system" which covers "risks associated with finished products/related works" and "risks associated with facilities/ongoing related works" (complying with JPFA-S: 2008, standard for the safety of play equipment).

[Risks associated with finished products/related works]
If incidents arise from a flaw or a defect in the parks facilities where insured member companies are involved in the manufacture, sale, installation, and maintenance checks which cause damage to other people's bodies or properties during the period of insurance, then the insurance covers the compensation for the damage required by the law that the relevant companies will indemnify. It covers the damage based on both the product liability laws and Civil Code.

Moreover, in the iron-frame processing industry, the "Japan Steel-Rib Fabricating Association" has been established for quality assurance and for the development of the steel-rib fabricating industry, it classifies and manages iron frame products in five grades based on the "performance assessment operation rules," approved by the Minster of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.
In order to manufacture high-quality iron-frame products, our company has established an organizational structure that strictly manages product quality. Our factories obtained the M grade certified by the Minster of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, which proves that our operations are conducted with the appropriate arrangements for the welding management engineers and the welding technicians under the supervision of the Factory Manager.
