we need to do our utmost to safeguard and protect the environment for our children's future. For this reason various different measures are been taken by us.
Especially, we feel it is important to provide a safer environment at the places where "manufacturing" takes place. It is in these areas where great care is of the utmost importance.
TECH TAIYO INDUSTORY is working to produce "environmentally responsive products" by using our anti-rust coating system
"ECostCoat." This anti rust coating system has eliminated all toxic heavy metals such as lead, chromium and zinc, which are harmful to human health. This system is also able to withstand the harsh rust causing environment found in Japan as well as at the same time, giving long term anti-corrosion protection.

Meets the standards set out for environmental control and reduces costs:
1. Natural eco-friendly pigment and ingredients meet the requirements given by the "National Environmental Policy Act". This rust-resistant coating system does not contain any harmful heavy metals such as lead and chromium, and it can be safely applied to playground equipment, park facilities and urban environmental facilities with the utmost confidence.

2. Can withstand a severely corrosive environment
ECostCoat gives excellent protection against corrosion even in very harsh environments, such as; along the coast, immersed in seawater, by the water side, products holding water, along the roadside where there is a lot of corrosive exhaust fumes and in high pollution areas.

3. Able to give "Passivation" or "Layered Protection" when repairs are undertaken in the field or when some form of adjustment to the substrate is needed during minor repairs
It is adequate enough to use sandpaper or just cleaning (whichever is the most efficient way for you to work) for the preparation of the surface before applying ECostCoat. This means you can immediately proceed to the process of painting. ECostCoat is the fine art of surface modification for materials which have not been dealt with or treated by plating or chemical treatment. "Passivation" or "Layered Protection" is accomplished when under taking repairs in the field and just as equivalently within a plant.

4. Good work ability
ECostCoat is quick drying so it gives a reduction to the working hours that are needed. It can be applied by painting by brush, roller coating, and airless spraying.

ECostCoat consists of ECostCoat undercoat and ECostCoat topcoat. You can choose from a variety of rich colors in the top coat range which are all recommend by us.

Finish: choose from gloss or semi-gloss.
